Zarghoon Law College has opened enrollment for its 3-month Legal Drafting course, taught in 12 weekly modules.
The course covers legal notices and correspondence, civil pleadings and applications under the CPC, civil appeals and revisions, criminal drafting under the CrPC including bail applications, family law drafting, constitutional petitions under Article 199, conveyancing, and commercial and contract drafting. It ends with a timed drafting assessment, faculty review and a final portfolio.
