About this course
A 3-month course, on campus or online, for the computer-based PTE Academic test. You practise every task type on the computer, learn how the automated scoring works, and build strategies for each section.
Regular scored mock tests show your progress towards your target score.

Requirements
Basic to intermediate English and basic computer skills. Matriculation or above recommended.

Orientation and diagnostic test: the test format, scoring and your target score
- Week2
Speaking I: Read Aloud and Repeat Sentence
- Week3
Speaking II: Describe Image, Re-tell Lecture and Answer Short Question
- Week4
Speaking III: Respond to a Situation and Summarize Group Discussion
- Week5
Writing: Summarize Written Text and Write Essay
- Week6
Reading I: Reading & Writing Fill in the Blanks and Multiple Choice; mid-course mock test
- Week7
Reading II: Re-order Paragraphs and Reading Fill in the Blanks
- Week8
Listening I: Summarize Spoken Text, Multiple Choice and Fill in the Blanks
- Week9
Listening II: Highlight Correct Summary, Select Missing Word, Highlight Incorrect Words and Write from Dictation
- Week10
Pronunciation and oral fluency; timing strategies for each task
- Week11
Grammar, spelling and vocabulary for the integrated tasks
- Week12
Final revision: two full scored mock tests with review
